  Subsidy to Winnipeg is given from outlying regions but not to Prince Albert where Dr Wandzura's clinic is located. It would be cost effective to send clients to Prince Albert, Sask.

  By using his expert surgical knowledge he saved me $1000 by lens placement, for astigmatism, rather than the use of a torque lens? He returned $1000 on the day of the surgery. This is a very honest man.
